Responsibilities
-
Taking ownership and shaping the vision of Hell Let Loose based on roadmap deliverables
-
Driving content as a member of the Product Owner Group to ensure deliverables are met to spec
-
Leading and mentoring both Game & Level Design teams
-
Ensuring that bugs are fixed and regressed accordingly for each update deliverable
-
Providing feedback and iteration goals for the design team
-
Providing feedback and direction for other disciplines, such as Environment Art
-
Liaising with and maintaining that cross-discipline communication with other departments to ensure that the content is heading in the right direction with weekly catch-ups and build review processes
-
Leading project Design discipline stand-ups and reporting any blockers/dependencies in a daily Scrum of Scrums meeting with other Seniors/Leads
-
Sprint & Milestone scoping and planning with our Leads/Production for the Design team, with scope vs capacity in mind to ensure that the team is able to deliver the content to the highest standard possible to the external client within the agreed timeframes

Creating and maintaining Epics/JIRA tasks for the Design team

Reviewing and signing off on JIRA tasks once the quality criteria have been met

Ensuring Confluence documentation is up to date

Writing up the Sprint/Milestone Report documentation for the external client and ensuring that supporting materials are captured to reflect the amount of work achieved on Hell Let Loose

Organizing and briefing the studio for our weekly internal playtests for Hell Let Loose

Providing developer briefing materials that update our community on any upcoming features
